Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 92dodu online gaming platform, including all associated services, games, promotions, and payment functions (collectively, the "Platform") operated by 92dodu ("we", "us", "our", "92dodu"). By accessing the 92dodu website, creating an account, or using any service provided through the Platform, you ("Player", "User", "you") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the 92dodu Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any update or revision to these Terms constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the amended version.

These Terms should be read alongside the 92dodu Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of your agreement with 92dodu.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on 92dodu, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 92dodu strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and agents acting on behalf of others may not register or use personal player accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 92dodu, nor a close family member of such a person.
• You must not be a self-excluded player or a player whose account has been suspended or closed by 92dodu for any reason.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You confirm that your use of the Platform is for personal entertainment and recreation only, and not for any professional, commercial, or unlawful purpose.

Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on 92dodu. Duplicate accounts — whether created with the same or different personal details — constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

At registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, and Pakistani mobile number. 92dodu uses your mobile number as your primary account identifier for login and SMS-based security verification. You agree to keep all account information current and to update it promptly should any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 92dodu login credentials. You agree not to share your password, OTP codes, or account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility until you report a security breach to 92dodu. Upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access, you must notify 92dodu immediately by emailing [email protected].

92dodu strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Enabling 2FA reduces the risk of unauthorised access and is available to all account holders through the account security settings panel.

Deposits & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the 92dodu Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 92dodu supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, USDT TRC20, and SadaPay. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are as displayed in the cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments made from an account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in a refund of the deposit and potential account review. Depositing funds through undisclosed third parties may constitute a violation of anti-money laundering regulations.

• Processing Times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your 92dodu balance instantly. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to one business day. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited upon blockchain confirmation.
• Currency Conversion: Where a deposit is made in a currency other than PKR, conversion is applied at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. 92dodu is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
• Failed Transactions: If a deposit fails to credit to your account, contact 92dodu support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt to reprocess the same transaction without first confirming the status with support.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the specific rules of each payment channel. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect the integrity of the financial system on the 92dodu Platform.

Before processing any withdrawal request, 92dodu reserves the right to request identity verification documents including a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is satisfactorily completed. Standard processing times for verified accounts are as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa / SadaPay: Same-day processing for requests submitted before the daily cut-off time.
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank: Up to one (1) business day from approval.
• USDT TRC20: Processed within four (4) hours of approval; subject to blockchain network conditions.

Withdrawal requests associated with active bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be placed on hold until the requirements are met or the bonus is forfeited by the player.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

92dodu may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives. All such offers are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that offer.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 92dodu promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in each offer's terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements met within the time limit specified in the offer. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from the account.
• 92dodu reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion, including retrospectively where abuse is suspected.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through collusion, multi-accounting, arbitrage, or any other method constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the 92dodu Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, table games, sports betting, cricket betting, and fisher games — operate under rules specific to each game or market. Game-specific rules are available within the game interface and constitute part of the player's agreement with 92dodu for that game.

The outcome of all casino games on 92dodu is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-world game outcomes. 92dodu does not manipulate game outcomes. Sports betting odds are set by 92dodu's trading team and are subject to change up until the relevant event commences.

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or connectivity interruption during a game round, 92dodu will use reasonable efforts to resolve the situation fairly. Where a round cannot be completed or a result verified, affected bets may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. 92dodu's decision on disputed game outcomes is final and binding.

Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on or in connection with the 92dodu Platform:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using false or borrowed identity information.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any manner not permitted by 92dodu.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in 92dodu games or systems for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error are void.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to launder money or process any funds derived from criminal activity through the Platform.
• Engaging in charge-backs or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider without first attempting resolution with 92dodu support.
• Providing false identity or age information at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Using the Platform in a way that could cause damage to the reputation, systems, or operations of 92dodu.

Responsible Gaming

92dodu is firmly committed to responsible gaming and recognises that, for a small proportion of players, gambling can become a problem. The following tools are available to all 92dodu account holders and can be activated at any time through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour reflection period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for individual play sessions. When the limit is reached, you will be logged out automatically.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict your access to the Platform for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently block access to your 92dodu account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During this period, players should refrain from contacting 92dodu to request reinstatement.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 92dodu Platform — including but not limited to the 92dodu brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of 92dodu or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the 92dodu Platform or its content without prior written consent from 92dodu.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92dodu and its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage or system failure.

92dodu does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 92dodu is not responsible for any delays, interruptions, or failures in the Platform arising from events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, regulatory actions, or third-party payment processor outages.

In any event, 92dodu's maximum aggregate liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 92dodu account in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data Protection

92dodu collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the 92dodu Privacy Policy in full.

The types of personal data collected include registration information (name, date of birth, mobile number), transaction records, gameplay history, device and login data, and any communications with 92dodu support. This data is used to provide and improve the Platform, process transactions, verify identity, fulfil regulatory obligations, and prevent fraud and money laundering.

92dodu does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors (including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Pakistani banking partners), identity verification service providers, and regulatory bodies where disclosure is legally required.

Amendments to These Terms

92dodu reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 92dodu will provide reasonable notice to registered players by posting the updated Terms on the 92dodu website and, where appropriate, by sending a notification to your registered mobile number or email address.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms will be revised whenever changes are made. Continued use of the Platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must close your 92dodu account by contacting support before the effective date of the changes.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or concern arising from your use of 92dodu, we encourage you to first contact the 92dodu customer support team by emailing [email protected]. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to reach a resolution within five (5) business days of receiving full details of the dispute.

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct contact with 92dodu support, the matter may be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures established under the applicable international gaming regulations under which 92dodu operates. Details of the escalation process will be provided by the 92dodu support team upon request.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law. Any legal proceedings not resolved through the dispute resolution process above shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts as determined by the applicable governing regulations.
